Something has found its way onto an old dictionary page. It probably wasn't invited.

Xenomorph by Jakub DK (Jakub Krzewniak) is a one-of-a-kind original pencil drawing combining science-fiction horror with the aged typography and patina of an authentic vintage dictionary page.

The creature emerges directly from the printed surface, its dark organic form contrasting with the orderly columns of words beneath it. Pencil allows the drawing to remain raw and detailed while the typography becomes part of the composition rather than simply a background.

The artwork was drawn by hand on a genuine page from The Universal Dictionary of the English Language, originally published in the 1930s.

This is the original artwork — not a reproduction or print. Only one exists.

Couldn’t be happier with my painting, and the communication was amazing and I needed it quickly and the seller pulled out all the stops to make sure I received it in time. Very happy.
