Underwater World is an original mixed media painting by Misty Lady (Malgorzata Nierobisz), portraying a young woman immersed beneath the surface of the water.

Aquamarine, cerulean and emerald tones dominate the composition, surrounding the figure with an atmosphere of calm and weightlessness. Light and shadow move across the woman's form while her long hair drifts through the water, becoming part of the surrounding aquatic environment.

The painting explores the relationship between the human figure and nature, transforming an underwater moment into an atmospheric portrait filled with movement, reflection and colour.

Misty Lady works primarily with watercolour, complemented by acrylic paint and ink. These different media interact with the pronounced texture of the 240 gsm aquarella fine art paper, creating both transparent areas and stronger expressive marks.

Underwater World is a unique original artwork rather than a reproduction or print.
