Girl in a White Shirt is an original mixed media portrait by Misty Lady (Malgorzata Nierobisz), exploring femininity, quiet confidence and a subtle sense of mystery.

A young woman dressed in a simple white shirt becomes the focal point of the composition. The restrained palette of whites and greys creates a quiet, almost melancholic atmosphere, while the expressive treatment of the figure gives the portrait a contemporary character.

Misty Lady combines watercolour, acrylic paint and ink, allowing translucent washes and stronger painted marks to interact with the pronounced texture of the paper. The result sits between drawing and painting, with the surface itself becoming an important part of the artwork.

Created on heavyweight, highly textured 240 gsm aquarella fine art paper, this is a unique original artwork rather than a reproduction or print.
